WELCOME OFFICERS WRIGHT & WILSON!

Please help us welcome the two newest members to join the Little Elm Police Department, Officer Tyler Wright, and Officer Kelley Wilson.

Officer Wright grew up in a military family which gave path to begin his law enforcement career. Officer Wright graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. In 2019, he graduated from the police academy and began pursuing his journey in law enforcement with the Lewisville Police Department and Corinth Police Department. He has aspirations of becoming a detective one day. He’s extremely happy to call Little Elm his new home!

Officer Wilson began his law enforcement career in 2016 when he joined Denton County Sheriff’s Office by becoming a detention officer. Throughout the years, he navigated his career to become a peace officer. He graduated from the police academy in 2021 and rejoined Denton County Sheriff’s Office where he was last assigned to the Protective Detail. “You all really made me feel welcomed”.
